Mosaic Minds is a free, trauma-informed counselling service offering support to adults (18+) of all genders. The service provides both online and in-person sessions, with up to 21 sessions available, tailored to individual needs. We strive to offer counselling in clients’ first languages whenever possible (please contact us for information on available languages and waiting times).

Eligibility & Differences:
• Mosaic Minds Hounslow is available to individuals from BAME communities living in the Borough of Hounslow.
• Mosaic Minds Hillingdon is specifically for refugees and asylum seekers living in the Borough of Hillingdon.

Exclusion criteria (for both services):
Individuals with severe mental illness (SMI) or a suicide attempt within the past three months.
