Provides a safe environment for social contact, leisure activities, training (inc. maths and IT) and hot meals. The centre does not offer therapeutic interventions or support for individuals with high level mental health needs.

A free and confidential Mental Health Counselling service for BAME Communities in Hounslow.
We work with clients who have experienced trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety and poor mental health.
Support Offered: Counselling, A weekly aftercare/support group within the community for clients to build connections with peers and take up social activities.

Awaaz provides one to one counselling and casework for women from the Black and Minority Ethnic communities to help them recover from the impact and experiences of domestic abuse

The Hounslow Independent Domestic Violence Advocate (IDVA) program primarily serves female residents within the London Borough of Hounslow who have been impacted by instances of Domestic Violence.
Eligibility Criteria: 18+ Female, Living in Hounslow. Current or past experience of domestic violence or abuse.
We provide support for female survivors of domestic abuse with culturally competent counselling, group-based support and aftercare which with the hope of enable women to move forward and achieve their long-term recovery goals.
Support Offered: 1:1 Counselling in culturally specific languages ( Hindi, Punjabi, Urdu, Pashto and English) , Group sessions, Employment , Training and Education coaching, support worker
Eligibility Criteria: 18+, Living in Brent, Ealing, Hillingdon, Hounslow, Past experience of domestic abuse, Currently living in safe accommodation, sanctuary schemes, move-on/second stage accommodation including women in refuges, DA Units, self-contained units
