One-to-one counselling

Counselling is also known as talking therapy. It helps to increase insight into particular challenges you are facing such as depression, anxiety, stress, drug and alcohol issues, self-esteem, bereavement and relationship problems. It empowers you to make your own choices and enables you to deal with your issues with confidence.

We offer therapy in a range of different approaches;

  • Person-centred
  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
  • Pyschodynamic
  • Integrative

EACH believes in offering support to all who need it. Counselling is offered on a short or long term basis and is available daytime and out-of-hours (Monday-Friday 9:30am-20:00 and Saturday 9:30am – 14:00) to accommodate your work or caring responsibilities.

We have a team of experienced and qualified therapists from a wide range of backgrounds and cultures, who can provide you with culturally sensitive support.

We offer counselling in a number of languages including;

Group Programmes and Personal Development

If you are interested in exploring issues around addictions, relationships, identity and other behaviours you want to change or understand, you can join our Thursday Evenings groups. The topic for the groups change every 6 weeks.

This group is open to everyone who would like to attend. You don’t have to be a resident of Ealing.

The group offers an open and non-judgemental space facilitated by an experienced group therapist. Call us for more information, and to discuss with the facilitator before you commit to joining the group.
