Accelerated Support Team (AST) provides a rapid-response service to young people and their families. The key objective of AST is to divert young people from care system and to enable them to continue to remain with or return to their families whenever safe to do so.
- Our team provides an intensive level of support in crisis situations that is needed to avert family breakdown.
- Our team intervenes when the situation at home appears to be getting more serious, as well as where there is a risk of the child/children entering the care system if the situation does not improve.
BAME Covid-19 Pathfinder
Our services offer emotional support to young people between the ages of 11 to 17 in Brent affected by the covid pandemic.
We support Patients discharged from Central & North West London NHS Foundation Trust Hospitals into temporary, supported “Step Down” accommodation.
Individual Placement and Support is an employment, education and training project supporting people who have experienced or experiencing mental health across 7 boroughs. We offer support and guidance, jobs that fit around family life, Support with managing anxiety and low mood, computer and English classes and accredited training courses.

S.T.E.P.S is a project funded by the London Borough of Ealing. S.T.E.P.S. stands for Supporting Transitions through Emotional and Practical Support.
