1Which boroughs do you cover?

We cover the following London Boroughs Brent, Harrow, Hillingdon, Hounslow, Ealing, Kingston, Richmond, Wandsworth, Barnet, Kensington & Chelsea and Westminster, Hammersmith and Fulham and Merton.

2What services do you offer?

We offer individual counselling , group support, workshop and one to one recovery support in the following areas - Mental Health, Domestic Abuse, Young People’s Services, Education Training Employment (ETE), Housing Related Support, Women and Families, Substance Misuse, Peer Support.

3When will I be contacted?

Once a referral has been received, we aim to contact you within two weeks  to offer you an appointment for an initial assessment.

4What are the waiting times?

Waiting times vary between our services but endeavour to inform you within two weeks of your referral.

5Does Domestic Abuse have to be current or can it be in the past?

Domestic Abuse can be of any type current or past.  It can also be PTSD as some women have experienced this in their childhood within their homes.

6What is the cost of Life Therapies?

Life Therapies offers counselling support to help with harmful drinking or drug use.  An initial assessment is £75.00 plus cost a of  sessions at £65 per session or £320 for bulk purchase of six.

7What languages do you offer counselling in?

We provide counselling in various languages including Polish, Punjabi, Hindi, Tamil, Urdu, Pashto, Dari, Farsi, Gujarati.

8How many counselling sessions will I get?

This depends on your needs, however in general counselling sessions ranges from 6 to 21.

10Is there PTSD support for men?

We do not currently have a funded service for PTSD, however we do offer Life Therapies which is a fee paying service you can access. The first 15 mins are free for consultation.  If you decide to access Life Therapies, we can book you an assessment which at a charge of £75.00.

11Are all services offered free of charge?

The majority of our services are funded and free to access. Most services are restricted to residents of the Boroughs they are funded for.
