This is a supportive Drop-In service providing a safe space for Hounslow residents with low or moderate mental health needs. The service is used by a broad spectrum of people from the borough, presenting with a wide range of mental health issues as is reflected in the tables attached.

The Drop-In Service does not offer therapeutic interventions or support for individuals with high level mental health needs.

Activities and support offered include:

• IT Classes
• Bingo, Quizzes and Games
• Healthy Dinners
• Peer Volunteer Training
• Information and signposting to local services

Referral Process:

From professional services within the borough, self- referrers are asked to get a referral from professional bodies or their key workers or GP.
