BRENT WOMEN AND FAMILIES FLOATING SUPPORT
Support women and families experiencing violence within the home with housing related issues including tenancy, debt and financial issues, benefit claims and more.
Support Offered: Form filling, Applications, Referrals, Support Planning Debt/ Finances/Benefits, Home Visits, Safety Planning, Risk Management.
Eligibility Criteria: 16+, Living in Brent. A woman experiencing complex needs related to abuse / A woman experiencing domestic violence OR a young person experiencing domestic violence / Teenage parents.

We support Patients discharged from Central & North West London NHS Foundation Trust Hospitals into temporary, supported “Step Down” accommodation.
Services Provide: Housing related support including: Occupancy issues, Housing and Welfare benefits, access to utilities, medical services and onward referral to practical and emotional support in the community.

Employment and Training Support
Employment support project for people with common mental health issue form BME communities in North and West London.
Support Offered: Developing new skills, finding suitable employment, building resilience and learning to cope with stress, anxiety and depression.
Eligibility Criteria: 25+, BME (Black and Minority Ethnic), Living in Brent, Unemployed for 12+ months. Presenting with common mental health issues.

Support to BME women and young girls who are survivors of DV and/or sexual violence.
Support Offered: 1:1 counselling, group support and safety planning
Eligibility Criteria: 16+, Female, Living in Brent, Current or past experience of domestic violence or abuse.
Support for young people in Brent affected by substance misuse, gangs or knife crime. The service also provides support for family members and carers of those who have been affected by these issues.
Support Offered: 1:1 Psychosocial Support, Group Work, Education and Awareness, Activities, Peer Mentoring Opportunities.
Eligibility Criteria: Age 14 – 21, from a Black or Minority Ethnic background, living in Brent. Must be, or have been, affected by drugs, issues with gangs, or knife crime.

We provide support around substance misuse to young people and their parents / carers in Brent who are subject to out of court disposal as part of the London borough of Brent
