Ealing Floating Support Service – Generic

Referrals for the Generic Floating Support Service are sent via Ealing Council’s specialist support team. Call them on 0208 825 7626.

EACH provides housing support services for residents of the London borough of Ealing, through the Floating Support team. They can assist you if you have a history of; substance misuse, physical or learning disabilities, mental health issues, domestic abuse and unstable housing.

The Floating Support team can help you;

  • manage your housing problems including any debts and arrears and evictions
  • advice on benefits and housing
  • develop independent living skills – budgeting, setting up payment plans
  • access education, training and employment support
  • support you to access other support agencies
  • avoid a crisis and/or hospital admissions

They will advocate on your behalf and help you maintain a stable housing situation in the borough. Support will be provided for up to 2 years.

Ealing Floating Support Service – Mental Health

Referrals for the Mental Health Floating Support Service are made via London Borough of Ealing Housing and Support Brokerage Officer, WLMHT Recovery Teams, Early Intervention Service and Hospital Wards.

EACH are currently providing a specialist mental health floating support service in Ealing. This service can assist you if have recently been discharged from hospital for issues directly related to your mental health.

Support will be provided for between 3 to 9 months, depending on need.
