Floating Service Support
We provide housing support services for residents of the London borough of Ealing, through the Floating Support team. They can assist you if you have a history of; substance misuse, physical or learning disabilities, mental health issues, domestic abuse and unstable housing. Our services provide free and confidential advice, information and support to sustain tenancy and prevent homelessness. We can help you with Housing related issues, budgeting, benefits advice, debt and arrears.
Jasmine
Jasmine Project provides free, confidential counselling and support to women living in Ealing who are affected by substance misuse and experience mental health and/or domestic abuse. Through a structured programme of counselling, group work and activities, we will develop a support plan with you at your assessment. We work closely with local substance misuse and mental health services and are able to support you within the community at various locations.
Rough Sleepers
Our service access, engage and support rough sleepers with a substance misuse problem to enable them to move into or towards more permanent accommodation and address the impact of their lifestyle and substance misuse on their health and wellbeing.
Youth Offending Services
We provide support around substance misuse to young people and their parents / carers in Brent who are subject to out of court disposal as part of the London borough of Brent.
