Mental Health Drop-In service
If you have mental health issues, our drop-in centre in Hounslow can help you to socialise and meet other people with similar experiences, to build a support network.
The drop-in operates from the Star Centre 3 days per week – Monday, Wednesday and Sunday.
You can participate in the following activities;
- Art Therapy
- Cookery
- Quizzes and games
- IT skills
- And many more…
EACH can also provide advice and information about other services available in the area.

Project Connect and Change
This service in Brent is aimed at helping people from Black and Minority Ethnic communities (BME) to sustain better mental health and wellbeing.
If you are a resident of the borough of Brent and over 18 years old, we can provide;
- counselling in Hindi, Gujarati, Hindi, Somali, Tamil and English
- culturally appropriate support groups
- peer support
- social activities

Tamil Trauma & Mental Health
If you are experiencing PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder), anxiety, depression or any other negative emotions due to your past or current experiences, you can access our specialist service for Sri-Lankan Tamil speaking residents of Hillingdon.
You will be supported by a Tamil speaking counsellor who is knowledgeable about the traumas experienced as a result of war and conflict. This service can provide a safe and confidential space to explore your issues and emotions.
