A free and confidential Mental Health Counselling service for BAME Communities in Hounslow.

We will be able to work with clients who have experienced trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety and poor mental health. We will also be running a weekly aftercare/support group within the community for clients to build connections with peers and take up social activities.
