We support Patients discharged from the Park Royal Centre for Mental Health to develop the confidence and skills to re-integrate into the community.
Services provide
Service Users are supported to develop practical and emotional coping skills, through one-to-one and group support and referred to statutory and voluntary agencies for support in the community.
