Barnet Life Therapies Sangam
Affordable Counselling for Positive Change
Barnet Life Therapies Sangam is a new counselling service in Barnet, dedicated to supporting individuals, families, and communities facing challenges related to alcohol and drug misuse, domestic violence, and mental health concerns. Our mission is to facilitate and sustain positive change by providing accessible and affordable counselling at a reduced cost of £15 per assessment and per session.
Our service offers:
- Comprehensive Assessments – A full evaluation of each client’s needs, including a detailed risk assessment to ensure safety planning. We work closely with referrers to build a complete picture and explore motivation for change.
- Personalised Counselling Plans – Developed in collaboration with clients, these plans outline support strategies, expectations, safeguarding protocols, and clear outcome-focused goals.
- Counselling Sessions – Delivered by trainee and volunteer counsellors, with up to 21 sessions available, our therapy aims to foster self-awareness and equip individuals with the skills to make informed, safer choices. Sessions are also offered in community languages to ensure accessibility. The Project Lead will provide additional specialist support with a small caseload.
At Barnet Life Therapies Sangam, we believe in empowering people to navigate life’s challenges with confidence and resilience. If you or someone you know could benefit from our support, we’re here to help.
