We aim to support BAME young people, residents of Brent with their mental health particularly related to the impact of COVID 19.

Service Provide:

• Emotional support to help young people understand their negative feelings and emotions
• Help to identify healthier coping mechanisms so as to improve their wellbeing

Young people between the ages of 10 –  17
