Create Wellness – Abstinence Group Programme

“Inspiring, informative, beneficial, great structure and variety. Excellent programme. Thank you. EACH has enable me to enjoy my recovery. I felt that the programme was very well balanced. I have been in a treatment centre and had received too much information and not enough time to process it. This course did not make that mistake. I liked the fact that at the beginning of each session we were given the opportunity to process our feelings no matter what the session agenda was!”

This is a six week programme, providing daily groups Monday to Friday in our Ealing centre. The programme helps to overcome barriers to recovery and develops skills needed to maintain abstinence. It will also help you create new support and friendship networks with others who have had similar experiences.

The programme includes…

  • Relapse prevention strategies and coping mechanisms
  • Anger and stress management
  • Information and education on health and wellbeing

You can access this programme by self-funding or by accessing funding by your local authority. Please contact us for further information about costs and upcoming start dates.
